Each chapter of the participant's training manual covers one of the 24 modules of the course. A typical chapter conveys its content through a combination of text, tables, diagrams, examples and a shortlist of recommended readings. Many, though not all, of the chapters end with a case study that can be used in the training room to facilitate discussion around the themes covered in the text.
