Making Microfinance Work: Managing for Improved Performance has been delivered in 20 countries thus far: Albania, Armenia, Bolivia, Egypt, Ghana, Italy, Jordan, Kosovo, Macedonia, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwe. More than 600 microfinance managers from 35 countries have benefited from the course, and 36 trainers have been certified to deliver the materials.
