Making Microfinance Work: Managing for Improved Performance has been delivered in 26 countries thus far: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Bolivia, Brazil, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Italy, Jordan, Kosovo, Macedonia, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwe. More than 950 microfinance managers from 41 countries have benefited from the course, and 39 trainers have been certified to deliver the materials.
