Making Microfinance Work: Managing for Improved Performance has been delivered in 16 countries thus far: Albania, Armenia, Bolivia, Egypt, Italy, Jordan, Macedonia, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe. More than 500 microfinance managers from 28 countries have benefited from the course, and 30 trainers have been certified to deliver the materials.
